| Description: |
Italian adventure/horror yarn starring John Drew Barrymore. After valuable treasure is captured during battle, the Roman council goes into discussion as to what to do next. A brave centurion, Geius (Ettore Manni), volunteers to retrieve it. The treasure is held by a group of rebels led by Aderbad (Barrymore) that worships a goddess whose one-eyed statue adorns their hideout. A ghostly soldier rising from his coffin, Nosferatu style, is one of the macabre highlights. The ghosts are turned into fighting machines to destroy the Roman army. |
