Bollywood romance. Akash Bhardwaj (Raj Babbar) is a talented singer and poet. His father doesn't approve of his hobby so he performs under the alias 'Nishant'. During one of his shows, he meets a strikingly beautiful young woman called Shikhar (Anita Raj) who he falls in love with.
