Fourth volume of the Japanese anime series, continuing the missions of female Section 9 agent Kusanagi in a future world where man and machine have become totally integrated, and where cyber-terrorists pose the greatest threat to society. In 'Not Equal', a girl who was kidnapped 16 years ago is recovered from terrorists, but Kusanagi is shocked to see that she hasn't aged a day. In 'Ye$', Section 9 have to act fast to prevent the assassination of a billionaire stock trader. In 'Machines Désiranets', Section 9's own technology turns against them.
