Drama starring Jeff Bridges as a hot-headed young stock car racer seeking fame and fortune on the track. Based on the true life story of champion racer Junior Johnson, the film follows Junior Jackson (Bridges), a rebellious youth who only begins to apply himself to his talent for racing when his father (Art Lund) is imprisoned.
