Couple of feature films based on well-loved children's characters: 'Curious George' (2006) is the animated feature based on the classic books about the inquisitive chimp as he makes new friends and sets off on new adventures. With his human owner, 'The Man in the Yellow Hat' (voiced by Will Ferrell), Curious George (Frank Welker) sometimes lets his inquisitive nature get the better of him, leaving his friends with the job of keeping him out of trouble. Drew Barrymore and David Cross also provide voices. In 'Barney's Great Adventure' (1989) television star Barney - the six-foot, talking, furry, purple dinosaur - makes his big screen debut. When seven-year-old Abby is away on holiday with her older brother, Cody, she uses her imagination to bring her toy dinosaur, Barney, to life. Abby, Cody, Barney and their friend Marcella end up going on an adventure when a multi-coloured egg lands in the nearby barn. |
