Slice-of-life comedy drama focusing on the efforts of two sisters to finally make a future for themselves. The future once looked bright for Rose Lorkowski (Amy Adams). At high school she led the cheerleading team and even dated the star quarterback. Now she's a thirty-something single mother, working every scrap of overtime she can in order to send her son to a better school. In the hope of raising more money, Rose persuades her stay-at-home sister Norah (Emily Blunt) to join forces with her on a new crime scene cleaning venture.
