| Description: |
Four episodes from the classic western drama series, set on the vast Ponderosa ranch during the 1860s. In 'Desert Justice' Marshall Dowd (Claude Akins) arrests one of the ranch hands for murder, and escorts him back to Los Angeles for trial. 'Escape to the Ponderosa' sees the Cartwright family getting involved with a search for three escaped criminals. In 'The Avenger' Ben (Lorne Greene) has been arrested for murder and awaits his execution, while a mysterious stranger arrives at the ranch who might just be able to help Ben's case. Finally, 'San Franciso' sees Ben go missing while on a trip to the city with two ranch-hands, while Hoss (Dan Blocker) and Joe (Michael Landon) search for him. |
