Horror film set in a hospital in which a serial killer cheats the death sentence and escapes from the morgue. The electric chair buzzes until Chambers, a convicted killer, played by James Binkley is pronounced dead. Sheriff Berger (Robert Englund) is satisfied that the world's most deadly serial killer is off the books. However, in the spirit of all great horror films - death, for Chambers, is only a temporary hitch. He arises from the hospital morgue and begins a deadly rampage. |
