| Description: |
All six episodes of the Channel 4 mockumentary comedy drama series based on the format of reality shows such as 'Shipwrecked' and 'Castaway'. In an attempt to boost ratings, two television producers come up with the idea of marooning six people - each with a different disability - on a remote Scottish island. The series takes the form of six faux documentaries following each of the 'cast offs' as they struggle to overcome the challenges presented by living on the island as they build their own homes, grow their own food, fall in love and fight to survive. The series also tells each character's 'back-story' through flashback sequences portraying the year leading up to their arrival on the island. |
