The complete first and second series of the Channel 4 comedy show 'Fonejacker' (2007), in which Kayvan Novak - aka masked caller 'Fonejacker' - assumes different identities to make prank calls to unsuspecting members of the public. Characters include Terry Tibbs, George, Mr Doovde, the Mouse, Dufrais, Prison Steve, Janec and Mendoza, master of the Dark Arts. Also included is the five-episode spin-off 'Facejacker' (2010). Heavily disguised with prosthetic make-up, Novak plays an array of characters old and new including many-times-divorced car salesman Terry Tibbs, scamster Augustus Kwmbe, serial complainer Dufrais, charlatan art critic Brian Badonde and Dr Ali, former plastic surgeon to the late Saddam Hussein. |
