Stuart B. Murray, PhD is an assistant professor at the University of California, San Francisco, and also serves as Director of the National Association for Males with Eating Disorders, the Co-Chair for the Academy of Eating Disorders SIG panel on male eating disorders, and as an Honorary Associate at the University of Sydney. Leslie Karwoski Anderson, PhD is associate clinical professor and training director at the UC San Diego Eating Disorders Center for Treatment and Research. She is also associate editor for Eating Disorders: The Journal of Treatment and Prevention, and co-chair of the Academy of Eating Disorders Special Interest Group on Suicide and Eating Disorders. Her research interests center around involve application and dissemination of evidence-based treatment for eating disorders. Leigh Cohn is the founder and editor-in-chief of Eating Disorders: The Journal of Treatment and Prevention and coeditor of three Routledge books, including Current Findings on Males and Eating Disorders (2014). He is also publisher of Gurze Books and author of several trade books on eating disorders. |
