Sandra, a rising star at a large hospital in Boston, Massachussets willingly bought hers at a local flea-market to keep her warm in the approaching New England winter. Sam, a computer specialist in Boston, Lincolnshire reluctantly inherited it as a family heirloom of dubious history.
