Welcome to Ascension: Second Cycle is the story of a guy named Guy and his lovely partner Daisy, the A.I., aboard the spaceship Ascension Station crewed by pirates on a mission, ultimately, to save Planet Earth from a horde of demons and aliens. In this Cycle, Guy struggles with his place in society, his job as a meat fabricator (assigned to scrub panel 28-B) and the threat and presence of a Shade who serves the TWIN. Along the way he meets many interesting characters who help him get adjusted to life as a member of the great space pirate fleet. There is plenty of action to go around as Guy tries not to die while serving "meat" products to the "honored guests" of Ascension Station. |
