The entire fourth season of the popular teen fantasy. In 'The Freshman' Buffy tries to get used to her new college environment. 'Living Conditions' sees her growing increasingly irritated by her unstable and idiosyncratic new room-mate. 'The Harsh Light of Day' has Spike return to Sunnydale in search of the vampire equivalent of the Holy Grail. 'Fear Itself' finds Buffy, Willow, Oz and Xander attending a fraternity Halloween party. 'Beer Bad' sees Buffy fall in with a heavy-drinking crowd who are keen to get her back to her primordial roots. 'Wild at Heart' finds Willow disconsolate when Oz is drawn to fellow werewolf Veruca. In 'The Initiative' Spike is kidnapped by a commando squad and taken to an underground laboratory. 'Pangs' sees Angel back in Sunnydale, attempting to protect Buffy when the spirits of the town's original inhabitants return for a vengeful Thanksgiving celebration. 'Something Blue' has Buffy fall in love with Spike and start drawing up plans for their marriage. 'Hush' finds Sunnydale's inhabitants left speechless by some otherworldly visitors. 'Doomed' sees Buffy and the gang return to Sunnydale High when the Hellmouth is reopened. 'A New Man' has Giles transformed into a demon after a night out with Ethan Rayne. 'The I in Team' Buffy meeting the Initiative group for the first time, thanks to an introduction from Riley. In 'Goodbye Iowa' Riley has doubts regarding his relationship with Buffy. 'This Year's Girl' sees Faith out for revenge after waking from her Buffy-induced eight-month coma. 'Who are You' has Faith's perspective on life altered when she takes over the Slayer's body. 'Superstar' finds Buffy beginning to doubt whether cool kid Jonathan is really as perfect as he seems. 'Where the Wild Things Are' sees the gang come up against a gang of sexually repressed poltergeists. 'New Moon Rising' has Willow and Tara's relationship threatened by the return of Oz. 'The Yoko Factor' finds Angel returning from Los Angeles in order to apologise to Buffy. 'Primeval' sees Riley enslaved by Adam, who is using Spike to create dissension in the gang. Finally, in 'Restless', the gang experience some very strange dreams after a night in at Buffy's. |
