This is a guide to the Historic Monuments of Northern Ireland that are maintained by the Northern Ireland Environment Agency, most of which can be visited by the general public. This includes information on well-known sites such as Carrickfergus Castle, Dunluce Castle, Devenish Monastic Site and Navan Fort, as well as information about many lesser-known monuments. It includes maps showing the location of these historic monuments in each county of Northern Ireland. There are grid references for all sites.
