"Cardversations can be used in almost any setting to empower youth to voice their opinions, concerns, and beliefs. And each "Cardversation gives youth leaders an opportunity to deal with tough questions and complicated issues in the context of Christian faith. This discussion-starter kit includes two standard-size decks of cards, each featuring a question that will get youth talking. Topics range from the Bible and Christian tradition to tough issues such as drugs and alcohol, racism, and sexuality. A Leader's Guide provides additional information and relevant Scriptures for each of the 104 questions. In between discussions, youth can use the two "Cardversation decks to play any number of card games. The Leader's Guide and both decks of cards are contained in a handy plastic case, ideal for carrying on retreats, mission trips, ski trips, and other outings. |
