Why can't I cancel an item in my order? |

This can occur, if:
a) The order has only recently been placed;
b) The item is in the process of being dispatched;
c) The item has already been dispatched;
c) The item cannot be cancelled, because it is being specially sourced for you, specially printed for you, or was bought in a limited offer. Items of this sort are marked on the website as 'Non-returnable' for the same reasons.
