Gruesome horror in which a group of injured college students find that help is not at hand. Taking one last vacation before they start their new jobs, newly graduated students Emily (Jessica Lowndes), her boyfriend Bobby (Ross Kohn), and friends Clare (Ashley Schneider) and Jude (Ross McCall) are driving along a lonely Louisiana road when a collision causes them to crash into a tree. Dazed and confused, the students are grateful when a local ambulance quickly appears to take them to nearby Mercy Hospital.
