Remake of Brian De Palma's 1973 chiller. The plot centres on Angelique (Lou Doillon), a young woman who apparently murders her date, and her neighbour Grace (Chloe Sevigny), a nosy reporter who sees the whole thing. Things get strange when it is revealed that Angelique is a separated conjoined twin, and her nasty twin sister, Annabelle, may have something to do with the murder. Stephen Rea also stars as Annabelle's psychiatrist, Dr. Philip Lacan. |
