| Description: |
The first season of the ITV drama series following the lives of three footballing couples. In 'Episode One' Kyle Pascoe prepares for his up-coming marriage to glamour model Chardonnay Lane. 'Episode Two' sees Tanya Turner worried that Frank Laslett will awake from his coma and point the finger at her. 'Episode Three' has Kyle and Chardonnay walk down the aisle together. In 'Episode Four' Donna kicks Ian out when she discovers what happened on Kyle's stag night. 'Episode Five' sees Tanya attempt to blackmail Nurse Dunkley into turning off Frank's life support machine. 'Episode Six' has Chardonnay try to repair her relationship with Kyle by whisking him away for a romantic holiday. 'Episode Seven' finds Donna starting to stray after becoming increasingly frustrated at Ian's inattentiveness. Finally, in 'Episode Eight', Kyle and Chardonnay agree to secretly adopt Kyle's mum's new baby and raise it as their own, and Ian and Donna are faced with a crisis when their daughter Holly is kidnapped and held to ransom. |
