Throughout all this, he never loses his love of music, eventually becoming a Grammy Award-winning icon and one of the most popular musicians of the twentieth century. 'An Evening With Ray Charles' (1981) features Uncle Ray performing a bevy of his greatest hits with the backup of the Edmonton Philharmonic Orchestra in Edmonton Canada. Tracks include 'I Can't Stop Loving You' and 'What I'd Say'. 'Ray: A Gospel Christmas' features the legend in his first ever Christmas special, when he performed with the internationally renowned 120-strong Voices of Jubilation Gospel Choir from Newark, New Jersey. |
