In 'The Sixth Extinction', Scully attempts to interpret the symbols discovered on the spaceship crashed in Africa, while 'The Sixth Extinction II: Amor Fati' finds the unconscious Mulder falling prey to bizarre dreams. In 'Hungry', a monster subsisting on human brains attempts to alter its diet, and 'Millennium' sees Mulder and Scully teaming with criminal profiler Frank Black in order to prevent the Millennium Group from achieving Armageddon. In 'Rush', a teenage killer eludes Mulder and Scully by moving too fast for the human eye. 'The Goldberg Variation' sees the duo investigating a man cursed with good luck, and in 'Orison', a preacher attempts to save a murderous felon's soul by helping him escape from prison. 'The Amazing Maleeni' sees Mulder and Scully drawing different conclusions whena magician is found dead after turning his head 360 degrees for an audience. In 'Signs and Wonders', the duo investigate a series of killings being carried out by snakes, while 'Sein und Zeit' sees Mulder making a link between the disappearance of a missing girl and various other kidnappings. In 'Closure', Mulder moves closer to solving the mystery of Samantha's abduction, while 'X Cops' sees he and Scully coming under the observation of a documentary crew when they go on the hunt for a monster in Los Angeles. 'First Person Shooter' finds Scully battling a digital character ina virtual reality game in order to save Mulder's life, and in 'Theef' a doctor's family comes under threat from hexcraft. 'En Ami' sees the Cigarette-Smoking Man offering Scully a cure for her cancer, and in 'Chimera', Mulder enjoys the comforts of home while Scully is employed on a stakeout. 'All Things' finds Scully facing some difficult choices when a series of coincidences result in her meeting a figure from her past, and in 'Brand X', Aan insider holds th ekey to a deadly development in the tobacco industry. 'Hollywood A.D.' sees Mulder and Scully's exploits being made into a Hollywood movie - much to their horror - while in 'Fight Club', the agents encounter a pair of destructive lookalikes. In 'Je Souhaite', a genie's granting of three wishes causes mayhem, and 'Requiem' sees Mulder and Scully facing a parting of the ways when they return to the site of their first case together. |
