Description:

Hip-Hop centred drama from the UK. As a posse of South London DJs battle their rivals to the North, their leader Danny (So Solid Crew's Ashley Walters) falls for a beautiful singer from the other crew. Set around freestyle battles in the gritty Brixton scene, the UK hip-hop scene is turned belly up for examination for the first time. The 'boy meets girl in hip-hop world' formula has been used often enough but the fact it's set in London sets this youth drama apart from its transtlantic peers.
