Best friends Kate (Marley Shelton), Paige (Denise Richards), Dorothy (Jessica Capshaw) and Lily (Jessica Cauffiel) are terrified after another of their group, Shelly (Katherine Heigl), is found murdered. When the girls then begin receiving death threats themselves, they suspect the killer might be a boy they teased mercilessly at school.
