| Description: |
Bollywood drama. When the crown prince Raaj Kumar returns from his studies abroad, he walks into a court full of intrigue and conspiracy. His evil stepmother and Narpath, the commander of his forces, are conspiring to have him assassinated. When Kumar escapes, his enemies frame him for the murder of a prominent local tribal chief. As Kumar roams the countryside in disguise, the chief's daughter has sworn her revenge on him, but when the two of them meet and fall in love they are able to return to the city in triumph. Freeing his imprisoned father and killing Narpath, Kumar steps down from the throne and helps usher in a democratic form of government. |
