Feature-length spin-off of the TV series 'Hannah Montana' starring Miley Cyrus. Miley (Cyrus), overwhelmed by the popularity of her alter-ego Hannah Montana, returns to her Tennessee hometown at the behest of her father (Billy Ray Cyrus) for some much-needed time out. There she re-connects with her best friends Lilly (Emily Osment) and Oliver (Mitchel Musso), as well as the very hot Travis Brody (Lucas Till), a former childhood friend. Miley now finds herself under pressure to choose between her life in rural Tennessee and her starry stage persona, a conflict that becomes particularly apparent when she is asked to perform as Hannah Montana at Lilly's birthday party. |
