This guide, drawn up by the National Association of British and Irish Millers (nabim) Ltd, the trade association for the UK flour milling industry, provides advice to food businesses operating flour mills on how to comply with Regulation (EC) no. 852/2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs. Whilst the use of the guide by businesses is voluntary, the information in it will help them to meet both their legal obligations and to ensure food safety.
