Television comedy starring Henry Goodman. On screen, Felix Limb (Goodman) appears to be the perfect convivial TV Chef. Off screen, he's a neurotic with rapidly plummeting ratings and a neglected, beautiful wife, Michelle (Julianne White). Whilst hosting an end-of-series dinner party, Michelle lets slip that his show has just been cancelled. Felix reacts to the bombshell by leaving Michelle for Amy (Rolanda Marais), his PA, with whom he's been having an affair. But along with his loss of celebrity status goes Amy's interest in him. To add to his woes, another dinner party turns into a hostage situation when two armed bank robbers stop by unannounced. |
