Writer-director John Sayles' film about the impact of property developers on the small Florida town Delrona Beach. Returning to the town after many years away, actress Desiree Perry (Angela Perry) meets her old high school boyfriend Flash Phillips (Tom Wright), but is upset to discover that he is working for the developers.
